目的：探讨恩替卡韦治疗慢性重症乙型肝炎的意义。方法：2013年1月-2014年1月收治慢性重症乙型肝炎患者60例，将其随机分为对照组与观察组，每组30例。观察组在采用综合内科治疗基础上配合恩替卡韦进行治疗；对照组只采用综合内科治疗。观察两组肝功能、HBV-DNA载量以及凝血酶原时间和患者的治愈情况。结果：观察组好转率和治愈率明显高于对照组，两组之间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：恩替卡韦可以快速地降低病毒量改善肝功能，有效提高了重症型肝炎的治疗效果，抑制病毒的再生，值得在临床上推广使用。

목적：탐토은체잡위치료만성중증을형간염적의의。방법：2013년1월-2014년1월수치만성중증을형간염환자60례，장기수궤분위대조조여관찰조，매조30례。관찰조재채용종합내과치료기출상배합은체잡위진행치료；대조조지채용종합내과치료。관찰량조간공능、HBV-DNA재량이급응혈매원시간화환자적치유정황。결과：관찰조호전솔화치유솔명현고우대조조，량조지간차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：은체잡위가이쾌속지강저병독량개선간공능，유효제고료중증형간염적치료효과，억제병독적재생，치득재림상상추엄사용。
Objective:To explore the significance of entecavir in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis B.Methods:60 cases with chronic severe hepatitis B were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each.The observation group were given entecavir treatment on the basis of the comprehensive medical treatment.The control group were given comprehensive medical treatment.The liver function,HBV DNA load,prothrombin time and cured situation of patients were observed.Results:The recovery rate and the cure rate of patients in the obervation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Entecavir can quickly reduce the amount of virus and improve liver function,effectively improve the treatment effect of severe hepatitis,and inhibit the regeneration of the virus.It is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
