目的：分析儿童过敏性紫癜临床特点、治疗转归，总结临床诊治经验，提高诊治水平。方法：2011年12月-2013年12月收治儿童过敏性紫癜患者56例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：通过采取积极的综合治疗后，56例患儿中痊愈43例(80.4%)，明显好转11例(16.1%)，1例迁延为慢性肾炎(1.8%)，1例因肾衰死亡(1.8%)。结论：患有过敏性紫癜的患儿主要受累部位有皮肤、消化系统、泌尿系统及关节等，制定治疗方案时应在充分检查、正确诊断、给予一般治疗的基础上，根据患儿患病的严重程度及受累部位给予相应的对症治疗。

목적：분석인동과민성자전림상특점、치료전귀，총결림상진치경험，제고진치수평。방법：2011년12월-2013년12월수치인동과민성자전환자56례，대기림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：통과채취적겁적종합치료후，56례환인중전유43례(80.4%)，명현호전11례(16.1%)，1례천연위만성신염(1.8%)，1례인신쇠사망(1.8%)。결론：환유과민성자전적환인주요수루부위유피부、소화계통、비뇨계통급관절등，제정치료방안시응재충분검사、정학진단、급여일반치료적기출상，근거환인환병적엄중정도급수루부위급여상응적대증치료。
Objective:To analyze the clinical features and treatment outcomes of children allergic purpura;to summarize the clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.Methods:56 cases with children allergic purpura were selected from December 2011 to December 2013.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:After taking the positive comprehensive treatment,43 cases(80.4%) were cured in 56 children;11 cases(16.1%) were significantly improved;1 case(1.8%) developed to chronic nephritis;1 case(1.8%) was death because of renal failure.Conclusion:The main affected areas of children with allergic purpura are the skin,digestive system, urinary system and joint and so on.The treatment plan should be formulated on the basis of full inspection,correct diagnosis and giving general treatment.The children were given the corresponding symptomatic treatment according to the severity and affected areas of the disease.
