目的：探讨腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法：收治异位妊娠患者152例，随机分为两组，观察组102例采取腹腔镜治疗，对照组50例采取传统开腹手术治疗。分析比较两组的临床效果。结果：观察组平均手术时间、术中出血量和平均住院时间均明显优于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组满意度远高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠相比传统开腹手术，手术时间和住院时间短，术中出血量少，并发症小，值得临床广泛应用。

목적：탐토복강경치료이위임신적림상효과。방법：수치이위임신환자152례，수궤분위량조，관찰조102례채취복강경치료，대조조50례채취전통개복수술치료。분석비교량조적림상효과。결과：관찰조평균수술시간、술중출혈량화평균주원시간균명현우우대조조，병발증발생솔저우대조조(P＜0.05)；관찰조만의도원고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：복강경치료이위임신상비전통개복수술，수술시간화주원시간단，술중출혈량소，병발증소，치득림상엄범응용。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscope in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:102 cases with ectopic pregnancy were selected.They were divided into two groups.102 cases in the observation group were treated with laparoscope.50 cases in the control group were treated with traditional open surgery.The situations of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The average operation time,the intraoperatve blood soss and the average hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.The incidence rate of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with traditional open surgery,the laparoscope in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy has shorter operation time and hospitalization time,less intraoperatve blood soss,less complications.It is worthy of extensive recommendation.
