目的：分析手术治疗卵巢癌的临床价值。方法：2010年1月-2011年1月收治卵巢癌患者25例，均采用手术治疗，回顾性分析其临床资料。结果：本组患者均在腹腔镜下完成并取得了良好的临床效果，手术时间(225.4±49.5) min，平均住院时间(6.4±1.3)d，平均出血量(236.4±96.3)mL，淋巴结切除数目(9.4±1.2)个，仅有1例患者出现皮下气肿，并发症发生率4.0%。3年随访发现，Ⅰ期93.5%，Ⅱ期38.7%。结论：手术治疗卵巢癌具有非常重要的临床价值，手术时间和住院时间都比较短，术中出血量少。

목적：분석수술치료란소암적림상개치。방법：2010년1월-2011년1월수치란소암환자25례，균채용수술치료，회고성분석기림상자료。결과：본조환자균재복강경하완성병취득료량호적림상효과，수술시간(225.4±49.5) min，평균주원시간(6.4±1.3)d，평균출혈량(236.4±96.3)mL，림파결절제수목(9.4±1.2)개，부유1례환자출현피하기종，병발증발생솔4.0%。3년수방발현，Ⅰ기93.5%，Ⅱ기38.7%。결론：수술치료란소암구유비상중요적림상개치，수술시간화주원시간도비교단，술중출혈량소。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of operation for the treatment of ovarian cancer.Methods:25 cases with ovarian cancer were selected from January 2010 to January 2011.They were treated with operation.We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data.Results:The patients were treated with laparoscopic operation.The clinical effect was good.The operation time was (225.4±49.5)minutes.The average hospitalization time was (6.4±1.3)days.The average amount of bleeding was (236.4±96.3)ml. Number of resected lymph nodes was (9.4 ± 1.2).1 case developed subcutaneous emphysema.The complication rate was 4%.3 years follow-up found that phaseⅠwas 93.5%and phaseⅡwas 38.7%.Conclusion:Operation treatment has important clinical value in ovarian cancer.Operation time and hospitalization time are short.The amount of bleeding in operation is low.
