目的：探讨食管癌术后心律失常并发症的危险因素及防治。方法：回顾性分析127例食管癌手术资料，了解术后心律失常发生率，总结危险因素及防治方法。结果：127例食管癌患者术后有15例发生心律失常，经治疗均恢复并顺利出院。结论：食管癌术后多种因素可导致患者心律失常，合理的术式、充分的术前准备、积极的术后处理可减少心律失常的发生。
목적：탐토식관암술후심률실상병발증적위험인소급방치。방법：회고성분석127례식관암수술자료，료해술후심률실상발생솔，총결위험인소급방치방법。결과：127례식관암환자술후유15례발생심률실상，경치료균회복병순리출원。결론：식관암술후다충인소가도치환자심률실상，합리적술식、충분적술전준비、적겁적술후처리가감소심률실상적발생。
Objective:To explore the risk factors and prevention and cure of arrhythmia after esophagectomy complication. Methods:The operation data of 127 cases with esophagus cancer were retrospectively analyzed.The incidence rate of postoperative arrhythmias was understood.The risk factors and prevention method were summarized.Results:In 127 cases with esophagus cancer, 15 cases occured arrhythmia after operation,and they all recovered and smoothly discharged after treatment.Conclusion:Many factors can lead to patients with arrhythmia after esophagectomy.The reasonable surgical method,sufficient preoperative preparation,and positive postoperative treatment can reduce the occurrence of arrhythmia.
