目的：探讨非体外冠状动脉搭桥术(OPCAB)治疗高龄冠心病患者的临床效果。方法：采用OPCAB治疗高龄冠心病患者48例，作为研究组，同时选取以往采用体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术(CABG)治疗的老年患者22例作为对照组，比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果：研究组手术时间、术中出血量、辅助呼吸时间、术后引流量、监护时间、术后拔管时间、术后住院时间、住院总费用等明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：OPCAB比CABG具有心脏创伤小、术后心脏功能恢复快、并发症少、性价比高等优点，值得推广。

목적：탐토비체외관상동맥탑교술(OPCAB)치료고령관심병환자적림상효과。방법：채용OPCAB치료고령관심병환자48례，작위연구조，동시선취이왕채용체외순배관상동맥탑교술(CABG)치료적노년환자22례작위대조조，비교량조적림상치료효과。결과：연구조수술시간、술중출혈량、보조호흡시간、술후인류량、감호시간、술후발관시간、술후주원시간、주원총비용등명현저우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：OPCAB비CABG구유심장창상소、술후심장공능회복쾌、병발증소、성개비고등우점，치득추엄。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting(OPCAB) in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:48 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease were treated with OPCAB as the research group.At the same time,22 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease were treated with coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG) were selected as the control group.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,intraoperatve blood soss,assisted respiration time,postoperative drainage volume,monitoring time,postoperative extubation time,postoperative hospital stay,hospital total cost of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with CABG,OPCAB has many advantages,such as small cardiac trauma,quick postoperative cardiac function recovery,less complication, high performance price ratio.It is worth promoting.
