目的：探讨心理护理改善眼碱烧伤患者身心状况和护理满意度的应用价值。方法选取2011年9月-2013年9月该院收治的56例眼部碱烧伤患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组予以常规护理，实验组在常规护理的基础上予以心理护理，比较两组护理前后SAS评分及护理满意度。结果相比于护理前，两组护理后SAS评分显著降低（P＜0.05）；相比于对照组护理后，实验组护理后SAS评分显著降低（P＜0.05）；相比于对照组，实验组护理满意度明显升高，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论予以眼碱烧伤患者心理护理能显著改善患者身心状况，提高护理满意度。
목적：탐토심리호리개선안감소상환자신심상황화호리만의도적응용개치。방법선취2011년9월-2013년9월해원수치적56례안부감소상환자작위연구대상，장기수궤분위실험조화대조조，대조조여이상규호리，실험조재상규호리적기출상여이심리호리，비교량조호리전후SAS평분급호리만의도。결과상비우호리전，량조호리후SAS평분현저강저（P＜0.05）；상비우대조조호리후，실험조호리후SAS평분현저강저（P＜0.05）；상비우대조조，실험조호리만의도명현승고，비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론여이안감소상환자심리호리능현저개선환자신심상황，제고호리만의도。
Objective To discuss the application value of mental nursing on improving physical and psychological conditions and nursing satisfaction of patients suffering from ocular alkali burn. Methods 56 patients who were hospitalized in our hospital be-cause of ocular alkali burn from September, 2011 to September, 2013 were selected as the study objects. And these patients were divided into test group and control group randomly. The control group was given conventional nursing, the test group was given mental nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. The SAS scores and nursing satisfaction of two groups before and after the nursing were compared. Results Compared with that before nursing, the SAS scores of two groups decrease evidently after nursing (P<0.05); compared with that of control group after nursing, SAS score of test group after nursing decreases evidently (P<0.05);compared with control group, the nursing satisfaction degree of test group increases evidently, and the comparison has significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Giving mental nursing to patients suffering from ocular alkali burn can evidently improve patients' physical and psychological conditions and the nursing satisfaction degree.
