目的：探讨妇科患者腹腔镜术后并发症的预防及护理措施。方法选取该院2012年12月-2013年11月收治的100例妇科腹腔镜患者为研究对象，采用随机对照的方法分为观察和对照组，每组50例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组为预防术后并发症的发生采用循证护理，比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组术后疼痛评分显著低于的对照组，并发症、住院时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在心理护理、服务态度、健康教育等方面的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理能够有效减少妇科腹腔镜术后并发症的发生，提高患者的护理满意度。
목적：탐토부과환자복강경술후병발증적예방급호리조시。방법선취해원2012년12월-2013년11월수치적100례부과복강경환자위연구대상，채용수궤대조적방법분위관찰화대조조，매조50례，대조조채용상규호리，관찰조위예방술후병발증적발생채용순증호리，비교량조적호리효과。결과관찰조술후동통평분현저저우적대조조，병발증、주원시간현저소우대조조(P<0.05)。관찰조재심리호리、복무태도、건강교육등방면적호리만의도현저고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론순증호리능구유효감소부과복강경술후병발증적발생，제고환자적호리만의도。
Objective To investigate the prevention and nursing measures for complications of gynecological patients after laparo-scopic surgery. Methods 100 cases of gynecological laparoscopic patients admitted in our hospital from December, 2012 to November, 2013 were selected as the subjects, and they were divided into observation group and control group by a randomized control method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing care, and the observation group was treated with evidence-based nursing for preventing the incidence of postoperative complications. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, complications and hospitalization time were obviously less than those of the control group ( P<0.05). The nurs-ing satisfaction in the aspects of psychological nursing, service attitude and health education of the observation group was signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The evidence-based nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications after gynecologic laparoscopic surgery and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
