目的：对PFNA治疗46例骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折患者的临床疗效进行分析。方法选取该院收治的46例骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折患者，均行PFNA进行治疗，再对其临床疗效作回顾性分析。结果46例患者在行PFNA治疗后，术后获得了6~12个月的回访，骨折均得到了有效地愈合，愈合时间在13~31周之间；而骨折复位质量的总优良率为95.65%；髋关节功能的评分在86~97分之间；且患者在术后未出现并发症发生情况。结论临床上采用PFNA治疗骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折患者，具有创伤小、愈合率高、复位良好、并发症少等特点，值得推广使用。
목적：대PFNA치료46례골질소송성고골전자간골절환자적림상료효진행분석。방법선취해원수치적46례골질소송성고골전자간골절환자，균행PFNA진행치료，재대기림상료효작회고성분석。결과46례환자재행PFNA치료후，술후획득료6~12개월적회방，골절균득도료유효지유합，유합시간재13~31주지간；이골절복위질량적총우량솔위95.65%；관관절공능적평분재86~97분지간；차환자재술후미출현병발증발생정황。결론림상상채용PFNA치료골질소송성고골전자간골절환자，구유창상소、유합솔고、복위량호、병발증소등특점，치득추엄사용。
Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of PFNA in the treatment of 46 cases of patients with osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 46 cases of patients with osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture admitted in our hospital were selected and treated with PFNA, and the clinical curative effect of PFNA was analyzed retrospectively. Results After the PFNA treatment, 46 cases of patients were followed up for 6-12 months, all fractures healed effectively, the healing time was between 13-31 weeks;and the excellent and good rate of the quality of fracture reduction was 95.65%;the hip joint function score was between 86-97 points; no complications occurred in the patients after the operation. Conclusion The clinical using PFNA for the treatment of patients with osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture has small trauma, high healing rate, good reduction and fewer complications, which is worthy of promotion.
