目的：探讨喉接触性肉芽肿的临床治疗方法及其治疗效果。方法选自在该院进行治疗的喉接触性肉芽肿患者36例，将这36例患者随机分成2组，每组18例患者，分别命名为研究组和对照组，对对照组18例患者主要采用支撑喉镜进行手术治疗，对研究组患者采用支撑喉镜进行治疗基础上，采用吸入类固醇以及语音进行综合性的治疗。观察2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果研究组18例患者痊愈9例，有效8例，无效1例，研究组临床治疗的总有效率为94.4%。对照组18例患者痊愈7例，有效7例，无效4例，对照组临床治疗的总有效率为77.8%。结论通过采用综合性治疗的方法，能够提高临床治疗的效果，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토후접촉성육아종적림상치료방법급기치료효과。방법선자재해원진행치료적후접촉성육아종환자36례，장저36례환자수궤분성2조，매조18례환자，분별명명위연구조화대조조，대대조조18례환자주요채용지탱후경진행수술치료，대연구조환자채용지탱후경진행치료기출상，채용흡입류고순이급어음진행종합성적치료。관찰2조환자적림상치료효과。결과연구조18례환자전유9례，유효8례，무효1례，연구조림상치료적총유효솔위94.4%。대조조18례환자전유7례，유효7례，무효4례，대조조림상치료적총유효솔위77.8%。결론통과채용종합성치료적방법，능구제고림상치료적효과，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment method and its therapeutic effect for laryngeal contact granuloma. Methods 36 cases of patients with laryngeal contact granuloma treated in our hospital from January, 2011 to December, 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, named as the study group and the control group with 18 cases in each. The 18 cas-es in the control group were treated with laryngoscope surgery, the patients in the study group were given inhaled steroids and voice for comprehensive treatment based on the laryngoscope treatment. The clinical effect of two groups of patients was observed. Results Of the 18 patients in the study group, there were 9 cured cases, 8 effective cases, 1 ineffective case, the clinical total ef-fective rate was 94.4%. Of the 18 cases in the control group, there were 7 cured cases, 7 effective cases, 4 ineffective cases, the clinical total effective rate was 77.8%. Conclusion Comprehensive treatment method can improve the effect of clinical treatment, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
