目的：探讨孟鲁斯特治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法选取该院进行治疗的86例咳嗽变异性哮喘的患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组采用布地奈德气雾剂进行治疗，并使用β受体激动剂等支气管扩张剂进行辅助治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上采用孟鲁斯特进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗组的总有效率为93.02%，明显高于对照组的83.72%，两组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组的FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FEVC、PEF显著升高，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论孟鲁斯特能够有效的治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘，缓解患者的症状，提高了患者的生活质量，值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of montelukast in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma. Meth-ods 86 patients with cough variant asthma treated in our hospital from December, 2012 to November, 2013 were selected and ran-domly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was treated with budesonide aerosol and the adju-vant therapy of β agonist bronchodilator, the treatment group was treated with montelukast on the basis of the treatment given to the control group. The clinical effect of two these two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.02%, significantly higher than 83.72%of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); compared with the control group, the FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FEVC, PEF improved significantly, the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Montelukast can effectively treat children with cough variant asthma, re-lieve the symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
