目的:寻找从业人员肠道传染病菌的快速筛查技术方法。方法以参加健康体检的从业人员作为研究对象,采集健康体检从业人员的肛拭子标本,采用荧光PCR技术批量快速筛查肠道致病菌混合样本的方法进行沙门氏菌和志贺氏菌检测,并与国家标准方法进行对照,比较两种检测方法的检出率结果。结果58176份样本中,共检出52份沙门菌阳性标本,阳性率为0.89‰,检出51份志贺氏菌阳性标本,阳性率为0.88‰。合计共检出致病菌103份,检出率为1.77‰。荧光PCR对沙门菌和志贺氏菌的灵敏度达到了100%,特异性也保持在99%以上。结论采用荧光PCR技术进行肠道致病菌的快速筛查能缩短检验时间,检验准确性高,从而有效阻断肠道传染病的传播和食物中毒的发生。

Objective To find out a detection method for rapidly detecting the enteric pathogens in practitioners in food industry and public places. Methods The practitioners underwent healthy examination were selected as the subjects. And the anal swab specimens of them were collected. Fluorescent PCR method for rapidly detecting batch enteric pathogens mixed samples was used to detect the Salmonella and Shigella, and was compared with the national standard method. The detection rate of these two de-tection methods was compared. Results Of the 58176 samples, 52 samples with positive Salmonella were detected, the positive rate was 0.89‰, 51 samples with positive Shigella were detected, the positive rate was 0.88‰. A total 103 pathogenic bacteria were detected, the detection rate was 1.77‰. The sensitivity and specificity of the fluorescent PCR detection method for Salmonella and Shigella was 100% and 99%, respectively. Conclusion Fluorescent PCR method for rapidly detecting the enteric bacteria can shorten the detection time but with a high diagnostic accuracy, thereby effectively blocking the spread of intestinal infectious dis-eases and the incidence of food poisoning.
