目的:探讨应用桡神经浅支营养血管皮瓣治疗虎口挛缩的方法和效果。方法选取该院自2012年8月-2013年8月收治的34例虎口挛缩患者为研究对象,应用桡神经浅支营养血管皮瓣治疗。结果34例虎口挛缩患者皮瓣全部成活;术后随访6个月~1年,优良率达85.3%;治疗后患者虎口宽度和虎口角度分别为(44.5±1.5)mm,(84.5±1.0)°,优于治疗前的(17.5±1.0)mm,(18.5±2.0)°(P<0.05)。结论应用桡神经浅支营养血管皮瓣能有效治疗虎口挛缩,皮瓣成活率高,患者手功能恢复情况良好,但同时还应当注意做好虎口挛缩复发因素的早期预防。

Objective To explore the method of application of superficial branch of radial nerve nutrient vessel skin flap for the treatment of contracture of the first web space and its effect. Methods 34 patients with contracture of the first web space admitted in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2013 were selected as the subjects, and treated by superficial branch of radial nerve nutrient vessel skin flap. Results All the skin flaps of the 34 patients with contracture of the first web space survived. The pa-tients were followed up for 6 months to 1 year, the excellent and good rate reached 85.3%. After treatment, the width and angle of the patients' contracture of the first web space was (44.5±1.5) mm, (84.5±1.0)°, better than (17.5±1.0)mm, (18.5±2.0)° before treat-ment (P<0.05). Conclusion Superficial branch of radial nerve nutrient vessel skin flap can effectively treat contracture of the first web space, the flap survival rate is high, the hand function recovery in patients is good, but at the same time the early prevention of the recurrence factors of contracture of the first web space should also be paid attention.
