Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets%Hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease%Blood pressure%Blood lipid
目的：探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效。方法：2013年6月-2014年6月收治高血压合并冠心病患者240例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各120例，对照组给予硝苯地平控释片治疗，观察组给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。结果：两组治疗前SBP、DBP比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，治疗后与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，两组治疗后SBP、DBP比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。观察组治疗后冠心病症状均消失(100.0%)，对照组治疗后冠心病症状消失26例(65.0%)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组治疗后血压和血脂明显降低，与对照组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片可以有效降低血脂和血压，是治疗高血压合并冠心病的良好药物。

목적：탐토안록지평아탁벌타정개편치료고혈압합병관심병적료효。방법：2013년6월-2014년6월수치고혈압합병관심병환자240례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，각120례，대조조급여초분지평공석편치료，관찰조급여안록지평아탁벌타정개편치료。결과：량조치료전SBP、DBP비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)，치료후여치료전비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)，량조치료후SBP、DBP비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。관찰조치료후관심병증상균소실(100.0%)，대조조치료후관심병증상소실26례(65.0%)，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。관찰조치료후혈압화혈지명현강저，여대조조비교유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：안록지평아탁벌타정개편가이유효강저혈지화혈압，시치료고혈압합병관심병적량호약물。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods:80 cases with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease were selected from June 2013 to June 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each.The control group were given nifedipine controlled release tablets treatment,and the observation group were given amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets treatment.Results:The SBP and DBP of the two groups before the treatment showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).There was statistically significant between before and after the treatment(P<0.05).The SBP and DBP of the two groups after treatment showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).The coronary heart disease symptoms of the observation group disappeared after the treatment(100%).The coronary heart disease symptoms of the control group disappeared after the treatment in 26 cases(65%).There had statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The blood pressure and blood lipid of the observation group decreased significantly after the treatment.There had statistical significance compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets can reduce blood fat and blood pressure effectively.It is a good drug for the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease.
