目的：探讨乳腺外科触诊及乳腺彩超的检查结果，并比较两种检查结果，以利于对乳腺检查不同方法的合理选择。方法：收治健康体检女性78例，对她们同时采取乳腺外科触诊及乳腺彩超的检查，并比较二者的检测结果。结果：正常组及增生组的检查率上乳腺外科触诊及乳腺彩超的检查结果的相符情况基本相同，在70.00%左右，乳腺疾病乳腺结节的诊断中，乳腺外科触诊及乳腺彩超的检查结果的相符率40.00%。结论：在不同年龄段及不同乳腺疾病的检测应合理选择不同的乳腺检查方法。

목적：탐토유선외과촉진급유선채초적검사결과，병비교량충검사결과，이리우대유선검사불동방법적합리선택。방법：수치건강체검녀성78례，대저문동시채취유선외과촉진급유선채초적검사，병비교이자적검측결과。결과：정상조급증생조적검사솔상유선외과촉진급유선채초적검사결과적상부정황기본상동，재70.00%좌우，유선질병유선결절적진단중，유선외과촉진급유선채초적검사결과적상부솔40.00%。결론：재불동년령단급불동유선질병적검측응합리선택불동적유선검사방법。
Objective:To explore the results of the palpation of breast surgery and breast ultrasound palpation,and to compare the two kinds of examination results,in order to facilitate the proper choice of different methods for examination of breast.Methods:78 healthy women were selected.They were given the breast palpation inspection and ultrasound examination,and we compared two kinds of test results.Results:In the inspection rate of the normal group and the hyperplasia group,test results were consistent,at about 70%.In the diagnosis of breast nodules,consistent rate of the results of the palpation of breast surgery and breast ultrasound palpation was 40%.Conclusion:In different ages and different breast diseases,we should reasonably choose different methods of examination of breast.
