With the development of Internet technology and advent of information age, the new functions positioning and diversified services’ development and innovation of the library of independent college have become an inevitable trend. Taking the library of Ren’ai College of Tianjin University as an example, this paper probes into the development status, features, existing problems and countermeasures of the library of independent college.
