Based on the PCR-DGGE technology of 16S rDNA, this paper analyses and studies the microbial diversity of Halaqin reservoir, which is important for further understanding the microbial diversity, distribution characteristics, and carring out water ecosystem monitoring of the Halaqin reservoir.
