石羊河下游的民勤绿洲因水资源紧缺、生态环境恶化实施治理已近八年，对近年来治理实施情况进行分析研究，从生态、经济、社会三方面评价治理效果，表明效果显著，有待继续落实后续工作。总结治理经验，提出新情势下民勤绿洲未来可持续发展的趋势包括：巩固成果、推行水价改革、加强水源与工程管理、解决结构性缺水命题和建设节水型社会。为区域后期治理提供参考。

Because of water shortages and ecological environment degradation, the governance of Minqin oasis in Shiyang River downstream has been nearly eight years. This paper analyzed the recent governance situation, evaluated the effect from the ecological, economic and social aspects, which show that the governance was remarkable, and yet needed to continue to carry out the follow-up work. The experience was summarized, and the sustainable development trends of Minqin oasis in the future under new situation were proposed, including: consolidating the achievements, promoting the water price reform,strengthening water source and engineering management,solving the structural shortage problem and constructing water-saving society, which can provide references for regional governance in the late.
