Based on the force control Forcecontrol 6.1 configuration software, S7-200 PLC of SIEMENS is integrated into the control system of fluidized bed biomass gasifier. This control system has been successfully applied to the centralized control operation of fluidized bed biomass gasifier, and it has the flexible, reliable, stable, convenient features, and can meet the technical requirements and improve the level of monitoring and operating of fluidized bed biomass gasifier system, so it has a good modeling role and reference value.
