目的:分析连云港市2008~2012年的病残儿资料,了解其疾病构成及发展趋势,预防再生育病残儿的发生风险。方法收集连云港市2008~2012年经过医学鉴定的病残儿资料,比较其地区、年龄、性别分布以及疾病分类、顺位变化等情况。结果2008~2012年共有1046例通过医学鉴定符合病残儿标准,其中城区病残儿较县、乡多;>3~6岁较多,>6~12岁次之;男性患儿较女性多;先天性心脏病位于第1位,眼部疾病有所增加。结论明确了解连云港市病残儿发生的变化趋势,为备孕夫妇提供孕前优生健康指导,做好孕前风险评估以及预防,对减少再次生育病残儿起到非常重要的作用。

목적:분석련운항시2008~2012년적병잔인자료,료해기질병구성급발전추세,예방재생육병잔인적발생풍험。방법수집련운항시2008~2012년경과의학감정적병잔인자료,비교기지구、년령、성별분포이급질병분류、순위변화등정황。결과2008~2012년공유1046례통과의학감정부합병잔인표준,기중성구병잔인교현、향다;>3~6세교다,>6~12세차지;남성환인교녀성다;선천성심장병위우제1위,안부질병유소증가。결론명학료해련운항시병잔인발생적변화추세,위비잉부부제공잉전우생건강지도,주호잉전풍험평고이급예방,대감소재차생육병잔인기도비상중요적작용。
Objective To analyze data of disabled children in 2008-2012,to understand the disease trend and constitu-tion and prevent the risk of reproducing and disabled children. Methods The condition of regional distribution,age distribution, and classification of diseases were compared in the data of disabled children after medical identification of lianyungang city in 2008-2012. Result s There are 1 046 cases of disabled children according with the standard of the medical identification in 2008-2012,the disable children were more in city than county and rural areas;the disable chilren were mainly in the children>3-6 years old,followed by>6-12 years old;male patients were more than female;congenital heart disease was the first one,and eye disease increased. Conclusion Clear comprehension of the trends of disable children in Lianyungang city provides health guidance for couple planned to get pregnant;risk assessment and prevention before pregnancy have important role in reducing re-generation of disable children.
