目的:了解成都市托幼机构消毒质量状况,为托幼机构开展卫生防控工作提供参考。方法采用随机抽样和现场采样方法,于2013年对选中的30家托幼机构的班级室内空气、物体表面、工作人员手、餐(饮)具表面进行检测。结果30家托幼机构共抽检样品803件,合格743件,消毒质量监测总体合格率为92.53%(743/803)。其中室内空气细菌总数合格率为90.11%(82/91),各种物体表面细菌总数合格率为93.37%(169/181),工作人员手细菌总数合格率为79.51%(97/122),餐(饮)具大肠埃希菌合格率为95.83%(138/144),使用中消毒液细菌总数合格率为100.00%。公立和私立托幼机构消毒合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在物体表面细菌总数、工作人员手细菌总数和餐(饮)具大肠菌群3类项目上,主城区托幼机构消毒合格率高于远郊,远郊消毒合格率高于近郊,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论选取的30家托幼机构消毒工作质量尚好,但手卫生合格率较低,建议教育、监督、卫生部门沟通协作,信息互通,加强对托幼机构,特别是近郊托幼机构的技术指导工作和保育员培训,保证托幼机构各项卫生保健工作落到实处,确保儿童身心健康发展。

Objective To understand the disinfection quality in kindergartens of Chengdu,in order to provide reference for health prevention and control. Methods Random selection and spot sampling were used to detect the classroom indoor air, object surfaces,hands of staff and tableware surfaces in the selected 30 kindergartens in the year of 2013. Results A total of 803 samples were collected from the 30 kindergartens,and 743 cases were qualified with the total qualified rate of 92.53%(743/803). The qualified rates of bacteria in indoor air,object surface,hands of staff,coli group in tableware and disinfectants in use were 90.11%(82/91),93.37%(169/181),79.51%(97/122),95.83%(138/144) and 100.00% respectively.There was no statistically significance difference in qualified rate of disinfection between public and private kindergartens(P>0.05). On the disinfection quali-fied rate of bacteria in object surfaces,hands of staff and coli group in tableware,the kindergartens in urban area was better than those in outer area,and outer area was better than surrounding area and the differences both had statistical significance (P<0.01). Conclusion The disinfection quality of the selected 30 kindergartens is good ,but the qualified rate of hands disinfection is low. It is suggested that the education,supervision and health departments should communicate and cooperate with each other, strengthen technical guidance and nurse training in kindergartens,especially in the urban areas′,and then ensure that all health care works are implemented in kindergartens and physical to ensure the development of mental health.
