目的：探讨小儿豉翘清热颗粒与蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床价值及意义。方法将2010年3月至2011年9月收治的96例上呼吸道感染患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例。治疗组给予小儿豉翘清热颗粒与蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合治疗；对照组仅给予蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗。观察两组临床疗效并进行对比分析。结果治疗组总有效率（97.92%，47/48）显著高于对照组（81.25%，39/48），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论小儿豉翘清热颗粒与蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合治疗小儿上呼吸道感染具有疗效好、见效快、安全可靠等优点，可作为目前治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的一种首选治疗方案。
목적：탐토소인시교청열과립여포지람소염구복액연합치료소인상호흡도감염적림상개치급의의。방법장2010년3월지2011년9월수치적96례상호흡도감염환인수궤분위치료조화대조조각48례。치료조급여소인시교청열과립여포지람소염구복액연합치료；대조조부급여포지람소염구복액치료。관찰량조림상료효병진행대비분석。결과치료조총유효솔（97.92%，47/48）현저고우대조조（81.25%，39/48），차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론소인시교청열과립여포지람소염구복액연합치료소인상호흡도감염구유료효호、견효쾌、안전가고등우점，가작위목전치료소인상호흡도감염적일충수선치료방안。
Objective To investigate the clinical value and significance of children Chiqiao Qingre particles combined with Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid in the treatment of children with upper respiratory tract infection (URI). Methods A total of 96 children with URI,who were treated in the hospital from March 2010 to September 2011,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,48 cases in each group. The treatment group received the combination therapy of children Chiqiao Qingre particles and Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid,while the control group was only treated with Pudilan anti-in-flammatory oral liquid. The clinical efficacy in the two groups was observed and comparatively analyzed. Results The total effec-tive rate of the treatment group(97.92%,47/48) was obviously higher than that of the control group (81.25%,39/48) with statisti-cally significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination therapy of children Chiqiao Qingre particles and Pudilan an-ti-inflammatory oral liquid for children with URI is effective,quick,safe and reliable,and it can be used as a preferred treatment options for the treatment of children with URI.
