根据科学级 CCD 相机噪声来源和特性的分析，分别对电子倍增型和致冷型两种典型科学级 CCD 相机的噪声、增益和动态范围等特性进行了标定，给出了测试结果。对结果的分析表明，固定模式噪声在科学级 CCD 相机噪声组成中所占份额不大于1％，在确定成像系统探测下限及动态范围时，只需考虑读出噪声带来的影响；而读出噪声与工作温度、电子倍增增益密切相关，需要根据成像要求设定合适的工作温度和电子倍增增益。

The noise characteristics of two typical scientific-grade CCD cameras are dis-cussed.The noise,the quantum gain and the dynamic range of the two cameras have been measured with a pulsed xenon lamp calibration system,and the measurement results are presented.The results show that the fixed pattern noise contributes less than 1% to the to-tal noise,and the read noise affects most the lower threashold of the CCD cameras.The read noise depends strongly on the electron multiplication gain and the operating temperature of the CCD cameras,which should be set according to the imaging requirements.
