设计了一种在给定传输距离内相位可调的矩形波导 TE10模高功率微波移相器。通过增大矩形波导窄边长度,提高了移相器的功率容量;利用矩形波导宽边长度变化,改变波导相移常数,实现了输出端口180°相移。实验结果表明:该移相器在工作频率9~10 GHz范围内,插入损耗约为0.1 dB,输入端口驻波比小于1.2,实现了脉冲宽度16 ns、峰值功率1 GW的 HPM 移相传输。

This paper describes the design of an HPM phase shifter,whose phase is tunnable in a required transmitting distance.Its power capacity is increased by enlarging the narrow side of the rectangular waveguide.Phase-shift factor is changed by varying the length of the wide side of the rectangular waveguide,thus a maximum phase-shift of 180°is achieved at the output port.Experimental results show that insertion loss is about 0.1 dB,voltage standing wave ratio(VSWR)at the input port is less than 1.2 in a frequency range of 9 ~ 10 GHz,and the HPM phase shifter can transmit an HPM of 1 GW with pulse width of 16 ns.
