目的:研究3种单味中药鱼腥草、夏枯草、黄芩成分对多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)的体外抑菌作用,为中药治疗多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌感染提供实验依据。方法先用纸片扩散(K-B)法确认收集菌株的耐药表型,再采用常量肉汤稀释法,将鱼腥草、夏枯草、黄芩进行系列倍比稀释,检测3种单味中药对多重耐药 PAE的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果多重耐药PAE对亚胺培南、头孢噻肟全部耐药,对喹诺酮类,第三、四代头孢菌素耐药率较高,对氨基糖苷类耐药率较低。中药MIC检测结果显示,鱼腥草、黄芩、夏枯草对多重耐药PAE均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中位MIC分别为55.6、48.3、15.8 mg/mL。结论3种中药对多重耐药PAE均有一定的抑制作用,其中夏枯草可以在比较低的浓度下表现出对多重耐药PAE的抑制作用。

목적:연구3충단미중약어성초、하고초、황금성분대다중내약동록가단포균(PAE)적체외억균작용,위중약치료다중내약동록가단포균감염제공실험의거。방법선용지편확산(K-B)법학인수집균주적내약표형,재채용상량육탕희석법,장어성초、하고초、황금진행계렬배비희석,검측3충단미중약대다중내약 PAE적최저억균농도(MIC)。결과다중내약PAE대아알배남、두포새우전부내약,대규낙동류,제삼、사대두포균소내약솔교고,대안기당감류내약솔교저。중약MIC검측결과현시,어성초、황금、하고초대다중내약PAE균유불동정도적억제작용,기중위MIC분별위55.6、48.3、15.8 mg/mL。결론3충중약대다중내약PAE균유일정적억제작용,기중하고초가이재비교저적농도하표현출대다중내약PAE적억제작용。
Objectitve To study anti-bacteria effect of single Chinese herb component particles of Houttuynia,Selfheal and Baicalensis on multi-drug resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa(PAE) in vitro,and provide laboratory data to clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Kirby-Bauer(K-B) method was adopted to verify resistant phenotype of collected strains,then the constant broth dilution method was used Houttuynia,Selfheal and Baicalensis for multiple proportion dilution,in order to detect minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) to multi-drug resistant PAE. Results Multi-drug resistant PAE was completely drug-resistant to imipenem and cefotaxime,it had high drug resistance rate to quinolones and the fourth generation cephalosporin,but low drug resistance to aminoglycosides. The MIC detection result of Chinese herbs showed that Houttuynia, Selfheal and Baicalensis had different inhibitory effects against multi-drug resistant PAE,with the MIC of 55.55,15.83 and 48.33 mg/mL respectively. Conclusion The above three Chinese herbs all had certain inhibitory effect on multi-drug resistant PAE, and selfheal has inhibitory effect on multi-drug resistant PAE with low concentration.
