目的：探讨持续质量改进对提高医务人员手卫生依从性的效果。方法：以1682名医务人员为研究对象，应用PDCA循环方法提高医务人员的手卫生依从性，并进行效果评价。结果：经过1年的手卫生持续质量改进，医务人员手卫生知识考核合格率平均97%，医务人员洗手方法考核合格率平均91%；2014年2-4月抽查医务人员手卫生依从性，结果发现医务人员手卫生依从性逐月提高。结论：应用持续质量改进方法进行手卫生管理，提高了医务人员手卫生依从性。

목적：탐토지속질량개진대제고의무인원수위생의종성적효과。방법：이1682명의무인원위연구대상，응용PDCA순배방법제고의무인원적수위생의종성，병진행효과평개。결과：경과1년적수위생지속질량개진，의무인원수위생지식고핵합격솔평균97%，의무인원세수방법고핵합격솔평균91%；2014년2-4월추사의무인원수위생의종성，결과발현의무인원수위생의종성축월제고。결론：응용지속질량개진방법진행수위생관리，제고료의무인원수위생의종성。
Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous quality improvement to improve hand hygiene compliance of the medical staff.Methods: 1 682 medical personnel Were selected as the research object.We used the PDCA method to improve hand hygiene compliance of the medical staff,and evaluated the effect.Results:After 1 years of continuous quality improvement of hand hygiene,the hand hygiene knowledge examination qualified rate of the medical staff was 97%.The average examination pass rate of the washing hands method of medical personnel was 91% .From February to April 2014,we checked the compliance of hand hygiene of medical staff,and we found that the compliance of hand hygiene of medical staff monthly increase.Conclusion:The application of continuous quality improvement method for hand hygiene management can improve the medical staff hand hygiene compliance.
