目的：探讨日照市成人幽门螺杆菌感染率。方法：收治266例患者，接受14C呼气试验检测幽门螺杆菌。结果：幽门螺杆菌总感染率73.68%，其中慢性胃炎患者感染率81.33%，健康体检者感染率63.79%。慢性胃炎患者与健康体检者感染率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：幽门螺杆菌感染是胃炎的致病因素。

목적：탐토일조시성인유문라간균감염솔。방법：수치266례환자，접수14C호기시험검측유문라간균。결과：유문라간균총감염솔73.68%，기중만성위염환자감염솔81.33%，건강체검자감염솔63.79%。만성위염환자여건강체검자감염솔비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：유문라간균감염시위염적치병인소。
Objective:To investigate the infection rate of Helicobacter pylori in adult in Rizhao city.Methods:266 cases were selected.They were given 14C breath test for detection of Helicobacter pylori.Results:The total infection rate of Helicobacter pylori was 73.68%.The infection rate of patients with chronic gastritis was 81.33%.The infection rate of healthy subjects was 63.79% .There was statistically significant in chronic gastritis patients and healthy subjects with infection rate(P<0.05). Conclusion:Helicobacter pylori infection is the pathogenic factors of gastritis.
