目的：了解口腔行为学对于老年人口腔义齿修复效果的影响。方法：选择进行修复治疗的80例老年患者为研究对象，分为对照组和观察组，采取不同的护理方式，通过两组在焦虑减轻程度、复诊率以及义齿修复满意度方面的比较，来分析在临床护理工作中运用口腔行为学知识对老年人义齿修复效果的影响。结果：两组的焦虑程度比治疗前均有好转，与对照组相比，观察组的焦虑程度、复诊率以及义齿修复满意度明显好转。结论：老年人口腔义齿修复过程中，护理人员运用相应的口腔行为学知识于工作中，能够明显改善患者的义齿修复效果，具有较高的临床价值。

목적：료해구강행위학대우노년인구강의치수복효과적영향。방법：선택진행수복치료적80례노년환자위연구대상，분위대조조화관찰조，채취불동적호리방식，통과량조재초필감경정도、복진솔이급의치수복만의도방면적비교，래분석재림상호리공작중운용구강행위학지식대노년인의치수복효과적영향。결과：량조적초필정도비치료전균유호전，여대조조상비，관찰조적초필정도、복진솔이급의치수복만의도명현호전。결론：노년인구강의치수복과정중，호리인원운용상응적구강행위학지식우공작중，능구명현개선환자적의치수복효과，구유교고적림상개치。
Objective:To understand the influence of oral behavioral science on the elderly oral denture remediation effect. Methods:80 elderly patients with restorative treatment were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group.They were taken different nursing ways.The anxiety alleviative degree,the referral rate and the denture remediation satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared.It used to analyze the use in clinical nursing work and the influence of oral behavioral science knowledge on the elderly oral denture remediation effect.Results:The anxiety degrees of two groups were better than before treatment.Compared with the control group,the anxiety degree,the referral rate and the denture remediation satisfaction of patients in the observation group were clearly better.Conclusion:In the elderly oral denture remediation process,the use of the oral behavioral science knowledge in the work by the nurses can significantly improve the denture remediation effect of patients.It has a high clinical value.
