伴随着经济的发展,企业之间的竞争力由传统的技术竞争向人力资源竞争转型。高职院校是社会人才最大的供应点,图书馆是大学生学习知识、获取信息的最佳场所,加强高职院校图书馆管理制度是满足学生、学校以及社会要求的重要保障。高职院校图书馆具有职业性、地方性、实用性以及综合性等特点,社会对高校图书馆要求越来越高,传统的管理形式已经落后于社会发展的速度,为了推动高校图书馆发展建设,互动管理显得尤为重要。笔者结合多年高校图书馆管理经验,从高职院校图书馆管理的现状着手,对高职院校图书馆互动管理的实践探索做了简单介绍。

With the development of economy, the competition between enterprises has transformed into human resources competition from the traditional technology competition. Higher vocational college is the largest supplier of social talents, and the library is the best place for college students to learn knowledge and obtain information. To strengthen higher vocational college library management system is the important guarantee to satisfy the requirement of students, college and society. Higher vocational college library is vocational, local, practical and comprehensive. There is increasing social demand for libraries, and the traditional management style has lagged behind the speed of social development. In order to promote the development and construction of college library, interaction management is particularly important. Combined with years of experience in college library management, and starting from the present situation of higher vocational college library management, the author briefly introduces the practical exploration on higher vocational college library interaction management.
