我国老年人口的急剧增加，对未来社会、经济发展等产生重大影响。为了能更好地了解我国现有养老机构的发展现状，对武汉市硚口区现有养老机构进行实地走访调研，从机构概况、机构基本设施和配套服务设施、机构管理、入住人员基本情况等四个方面，收集硚了大量的一手资料。通过统计分析，结合相关文献资料，对口区现有养老机构的基本情况进行介绍和分析，并对该区养老模式的发展方向及养老机构的管理提出相应的建议。

The rapid increase of aging population in China has a significant impact on the social and economic development in the future. In order to better understand the present situation of existing endowment institutions in China, the author carries the field investigation and survey on the existing endowment institutions in Qiaokou district of Wuhan city and collects a lot of firsthand material from four aspects of institutional situation, institutional infrastructures and supporting service facilities, agency management and basic condition of check-in staff. Through the statistical analysis, combined with the relevant documents, this paper introduces and analyzes the basic situation of the existing endowment institutions in Qiaokou district and puts forward the corresponding suggestions of the development direction of endowment patterns of this district and the management of the endowment institutions.
