渔港的避风能力直接关系到渔民的生命财产安全，是渔民最为关心的问题。在对浙江19个和福建14个渔港实地调研的基础上，对影响渔港避风能力的因素进行系统分析，得到了一些有价值的结论，为今后避风型渔港和避风锚地的建设提供科学的依据。
漁港的避風能力直接關繫到漁民的生命財產安全，是漁民最為關心的問題。在對浙江19箇和福建14箇漁港實地調研的基礎上，對影響漁港避風能力的因素進行繫統分析，得到瞭一些有價值的結論，為今後避風型漁港和避風錨地的建設提供科學的依據。

The shelter capacity of fishing port is directly related to the fishermen's life and property security, and becomes the most concerned problem of the fishermen. On the basis of field investigation of the 19 fishing ports in Zhejiang and the 14 fishing ports in Fujian, this paper systematically analyzes the factors affecting the shelter capacity of the fishing port, and obtains some valuable conclusions, providing scientific basis for the construction of the shelter fishing port and the sheltered anchorage.
