对国内经济发展来说石油行业是一个比较重要的行业，该工程行业在促进国内经济发展以及人们生活水平的提高方面起着十分重要的作用。随着市场竞争的日益加剧，石油工程业也未能避免这一激烈竞争的冲击，工程整体造价对该行内部之间的竞争力的大小起着决定性的作用，所以说不断提高造价控制力是当下促进该行业经济效益与整体实力提高的重要措施，具有十分重要的经济和现实意义，本文我们将从油田工程竣工结算管理角度，对工程造价的有效控制做出分析与探究。

The oil industry is an important industry for China's economic development, and the engineering industry plays a very important role in promoting China's economic development and improving people's living standard. With the intensifying market competition, the petroleum engineering industry is also failed to avoid the impact of the fierce competition. The overall project cost plays a decisive role for the competitiveness within the industry, so to continuously improve cost control is the important measure to promote the improvement of economic benefit and overall strength of the industry, which is of important economic and practical significance. This paper will analyze and explore the effective control of project cost from the perspective of oilfield project completion settlement management.
