目的：探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的动态心电图变化特点及临床意义。方法比较173例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合症患者（观察组）和173例以胸闷、胸痛、心悸为主要症状的患者（对照组）的动态心电图检查结果。结果观察组各种心律失常及ST-T改变发生率明显高于对照组（P均＜0．05）；观察组组患者夜间各种心律失常及ST-T改变明显高于白天（ P＜0．05）。结论阻塞性呼吸暂停综合征可以起多种心电图异常改变，其异常改变多发于夜间。
목적：탐토조새성수면호흡잠정종합정환자적동태심전도변화특점급림상의의。방법비교173례조새성수면호흡잠정종합증환자（관찰조）화173례이흉민、흉통、심계위주요증상적환자（대조조）적동태심전도검사결과。결과관찰조각충심률실상급ST-T개변발생솔명현고우대조조（P균＜0．05）；관찰조조환자야간각충심률실상급ST-T개변명현고우백천（ P＜0．05）。결론조새성호흡잠정종합정가이기다충심전도이상개변，기이상개변다발우야간。
Objective To explore the characteristics of dynamic electrocardiogram ( DCG) and their clinical signifi-cance in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome ( OSAHS) .Methods In this work, the results of DCG from 173 patients with OSAHS ( observation group) were compared with those from 173 subjects who presented with chest tightness, chest pain, and heart palpitations as the main symptoms ( control group) .Results The rates of the changes in arrhythmia and ST-T in observation group were much higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistical-ly significance( P<0.01) .In addition, the changes of the arrhythmia and ST-T in OSAHS group were markedly obvious at night than those at daytime, and the differences were statistically significance( P<0.01) .Conclusion OSAHS can lead to a variety of DCG abnormalities, and the abnormalities mainly occur in the night, which is helpful for guiding the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disorder.
