Bupleurum cholagogue decoction%Chronic cholecystitis%Norfloxacin capsules
目的：探讨柴胡利胆汤治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法：2011年3月-2014年3月收治慢性胆囊炎患者180例，随机分成柴胡利胆汤组和西药组各90例。西药组口服氟哌酸胶囊400 mg/次，2次/d，消炎利胆片或胆益宁6片/次，3次/d，连续治疗30 d。柴胡利胆汤组给予柴胡利胆汤加减进行治疗，连续治疗30 d。结果：柴胡利胆汤组痊愈25例，痊愈率27.8%，显效45例，显效率50.0%，有效17例，无效3例，总有效率96.7%。西药组痊愈14例，痊愈率15.6%，显效30例，显效率33.3%，有效34例，无效12例，总有效率86.7%。柴胡利胆汤组疗效明显优于西药组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：柴胡利胆汤治疗慢性胆囊炎疗效显著，安全，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토시호리담탕치료만성담낭염적림상료효。방법：2011년3월-2014년3월수치만성담낭염환자180례，수궤분성시호리담탕조화서약조각90례。서약조구복불고산효낭400 mg/차，2차/d，소염리담편혹담익저6편/차，3차/d，련속치료30 d。시호리담탕조급여시호리담탕가감진행치료，련속치료30 d。결과：시호리담탕조전유25례，전유솔27.8%，현효45례，현효솔50.0%，유효17례，무효3례，총유효솔96.7%。서약조전유14례，전유솔15.6%，현효30례，현효솔33.3%，유효34례，무효12례，총유효솔86.7%。시호리담탕조료효명현우우서약조，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：시호리담탕치료만성담낭염료효현저，안전，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of bupleurum cholagogue in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis. Methods:180 cases of patients with chronic cholecystitis from March 2011 to March 2014 were randomly divided into the bupleurum cholagogue group and the western medicine group,with 90 cases in each group.The western medicine group took norfloxacin capsule 400 mg/times orally,2 times/d,anti-inflammatory cholagogue or bile yi ning 6 ieces/time,3 times/d,which had continuous treatment for 30 d.The bupleurum cholagogue group were given modified bupleurum cholagogue.The patients took for 30 d.Results:There were 25 cases of recovery(27.8%),45 cases of markedly effectiveness(50.0%),17 cases of effectiveness,3 cases with no effect,and the total effective rate 96.7% in the bupleurum cholagogue group.There were 14 cases of recovery(15.6%),30 cases of markedly effectiveness(33.3%),34 cases of effectiveness,12 cases with no effect,and the total effective rate 86.7% in the western medicine group.The clinical effect of the bupleurum cholagogue group was better than that of the western medicine group, and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bupleurum cholagogue has significant effect for chronic cholecystitis,which is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
