目的：观察阿托伐他汀联合疏血通治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法：将120例急性脑梗死患者随机分成治疗组与对照组，治疗组应用疏血通6 mL加入生理盐水中静滴，1次/d，连用14 d，同时给予阿托伐他汀20 mg/d，口服，连用14 d；对照组应用血塞通4 mL，加入生理盐水250 mL，1次/d，连用14 d，同时给予奥扎格雷钠80 mg，加入生理盐水100 mL，1次/d，连用14 d，进行神经功能缺损评分，以观察疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率及显效率均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：阿托伐他汀联合疏血通治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。

목적：관찰아탁벌타정연합소혈통치료급성뇌경사적료효。방법：장120례급성뇌경사환자수궤분성치료조여대조조，치료조응용소혈통6 mL가입생리염수중정적，1차/d，련용14 d，동시급여아탁벌타정20 mg/d，구복，련용14 d；대조조응용혈새통4 mL，가입생리염수250 mL，1차/d，련용14 d，동시급여오찰격뢰납80 mg，가입생리염수100 mL，1차/d，련용14 d，진행신경공능결손평분，이관찰료효。결과：치료조총유효솔급현효솔균우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：아탁벌타정연합소혈통치료급성뇌경사안전유효。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of atorvastatin combined with Shu Xue Tong in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were given Shu Xue Tong 6 mL join saline infusion,1 time one day,for 14 days,and given atorvastatin 20 mg one day,oral,for 14 days.The control group were given Xue Sai Tong 4 mL join saline 250 mL,1 time one day, for 14 days,and given sodium ozagrel 80 mL join saline 100 mL,1 time one day,for 14 days.The patients were given neurologic impairment score to observe the curative effect.Results:The total effective rate and the effective rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin combined with Shu Xue Tong is effective and safe in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
