目的：研究探讨微创手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的临床疗效。方法：2012年8月-2013年9月收治肾上腺肿瘤患者68例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组34例。对照组采取开放式手术，观察组则采用后腹腔镜手术。记录并比较两组患者的手术时间、出血量和手术后引流管留置情况以及住院时间。结果：观察组的手术时间和出血量以及住院时间明显少于对照组，且手术后引流管留置情况显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：后腹腔镜手术值得在临床研究和治疗中进行广泛的推广和应用。

목적：연구탐토미창수술치료신상선종류적림상료효。방법：2012년8월-2013년9월수치신상선종류환자68례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조34례。대조조채취개방식수술，관찰조칙채용후복강경수술。기록병비교량조환자적수술시간、출혈량화수술후인류관류치정황이급주원시간。결과：관찰조적수술시간화출혈량이급주원시간명현소우대조조，차수술후인류관류치정황현저우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：후복강경수술치득재림상연구화치료중진행엄범적추엄화응용。
Objective:To study and explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive operation in the treatment of adrenal tumors. Methods:68 patients with adrenal tumors were selected from August 2012 to September 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 34 cases in each.The patients in the control group taken open operation.The observation group were used retroperitoneoscopy operation.The operation time,amount of bleeding,drainage tube indwelling condition after operation and hospitalization time of patients in two groups were recorded and compared.Results:The operation time,amount of bleeding and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were obviously less than those of the control group.The drainage tube indwelling condition after operation was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The retroperitoneoscopy operation is worthy of extensive promotion and application in clinical research and treatment.
