目的：探讨妊娠期梅毒孕产妇在妊娠期和围生期通过心理疏导和干预措施对阻断梅毒母婴传播及控制梅毒传播的影响。方法：对2012年8月-2013年9月确诊的10例双阳性(RPR阳性和TP检测均为阳性)孕产妇采取心理疏导使其配合完成调查问卷。对确诊的双阳性孕妇采取有效干预治疗，新生儿预防性治疗。结果：①通过适宜的心理疏导使其本人及爱人消除顾虑，完成调查问卷，落实传播途经。②通过孕期的干预及新生儿预防性治疗，2例6个月的婴儿已排除先天梅毒，2例孕妇早期终止妊娠，6例婴儿在随访中。③孕期干预治疗后所分娩的新生儿RPR滴度均在1：2以下，孕期没有干预治疗所分娩的新生儿RPR滴度1：16。结论：通过适宜的心理疏导和干预措施能够有效的阻断母婴传播、控制先天梅毒的发生。

목적：탐토임신기매독잉산부재임신기화위생기통과심리소도화간예조시대조단매독모영전파급공제매독전파적영향。방법：대2012년8월-2013년9월학진적10례쌍양성(RPR양성화TP검측균위양성)잉산부채취심리소도사기배합완성조사문권。대학진적쌍양성잉부채취유효간예치료，신생인예방성치료。결과：①통과괄의적심리소도사기본인급애인소제고필，완성조사문권，락실전파도경。②통과잉기적간예급신생인예방성치료，2례6개월적영인이배제선천매독，2례잉부조기종지임신，6례영인재수방중。③잉기간예치료후소분면적신생인RPR적도균재1：2이하，잉기몰유간예치료소분면적신생인RPR적도1：16。결론：통과괄의적심리소도화간예조시능구유효적조단모영전파、공제선천매독적발생。
Objective:To discuss the maternal syphilis in pregnancy during pregnancy and perinatal by affecting psychological counseling and interventions for blocking mother to child transmission of syphilis and control the spread of syphilis.Methods:10 pregnant women with double positive(RPR-positive and TP test were positive) from August 2012 to September 2013 were given psychological counseling to take it with the completion of the questionnaire.The double-positive pregnant women diagnosed were given effective intervention,neonatal prophylaxis.Results: ① Through appropriate psychological counseling,patients and lover's concerns were eliminated,so as to complete the questionnaire and determine the route of transmission.②Through the intervention of pregnancy and neonatal preventive treatment,two cases of six month-old baby had been ruled out congenital syphilis;pregnancy in 2 cases of pregnant women was terminated early;6 infants were followed up.③RPR titer of neonatal with intervention treatment during pregnancy was less than 1:2;RPR titer of neonatal without intervention treatment during pregnancy was 1:16.Conclusion:Through appropriate psychological counseling and interventions can effectively block the mother to child transmission and control the incidence of congenital syphilis.
