目的：总结胸壁结核的外科治疗经验。方法：2007年1月-2014年4月收治胸壁结核患者80例，对患者实施胸壁结核病灶清除术。术后进行规则抗结核治疗12个月。结果：切口Ⅰ期愈合76例，切口延期愈合4例，复发5例，治愈率95.7%。结论：对于胸壁结核病的患者进行彻底清除胸壁结核病灶并辅以规则抗结核治疗，临床疗效显著，是胸壁结核的理想治疗方法，并且可以避免或减少术后复发。
목적：총결흉벽결핵적외과치료경험。방법：2007년1월-2014년4월수치흉벽결핵환자80례，대환자실시흉벽결핵병조청제술。술후진행규칙항결핵치료12개월。결과：절구Ⅰ기유합76례，절구연기유합4례，복발5례，치유솔95.7%。결론：대우흉벽결핵병적환자진행철저청제흉벽결핵병조병보이규칙항결핵치료，림상료효현저，시흉벽결핵적이상치료방법，병차가이피면혹감소술후복발。
Objective:To summarize the surgical treatment experience of chest wall tuberculosis.Methods:80 patients with chest wall tuberculosis were selected from January 2007 to April 2014.The patients were given chest wall tuberculosis focus clearance. They were given regular anti-tuberculosis treatment after operation for 12 months.Results:76 cases were incision Ⅰ period healing;4 cases were incision delayed healing;5 cases were relapse;the cure rate was 95.7%.Conclusion:The patients with chest wall tuberculosis are thoroughly removed chest wall tuberculosis focus and supplemented regular anti-tuberculosis treatment.Its clinical effect is remarkable.It is the ideal treatment method of chest wall tuberculosis and can avoid or reduce the recurrence after operation.
