目的：探析非甾体类药物导致的急性胃黏膜损害的临床特点。方法：收治急性胃黏膜损害患者70例，按照患者前10天是否服用了非甾体类药物分为观察组与对照组，每组35例；观察组为服用了非甾体的药物，对照组为未服用非甾体类药物；观察两组患者的临床特点。结果：观察组上消化道出血与穿孔的发生率高于对照组，而腹部疼痛与不适的症状低于对照组；观察组胃溃疡与十二指肠溃疡的比例低于对照组，而复合型溃疡的比例大于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对非甾体类药物所致的急性胃黏膜损害进行临床特点的分析，加强对疾病特点的认识，并给予相应的应对措施，可以有效的减少急性胃黏膜损害的发生率，降低疾病的风险。
목적：탐석비치체류약물도치적급성위점막손해적림상특점。방법：수치급성위점막손해환자70례，안조환자전10천시부복용료비치체류약물분위관찰조여대조조，매조35례；관찰조위복용료비치체적약물，대조조위미복용비치체류약물；관찰량조환자적림상특점。결과：관찰조상소화도출혈여천공적발생솔고우대조조，이복부동통여불괄적증상저우대조조；관찰조위궤양여십이지장궤양적비례저우대조조，이복합형궤양적비례대우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대비치체류약물소치적급성위점막손해진행림상특점적분석，가강대질병특점적인식，병급여상응적응대조시，가이유효적감소급성위점막손해적발생솔，강저질병적풍험。
Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics of acute injury of gastric mucosa caused by non steroidal drugs. Methods:70 patients with acute gastric mucosa lesion were selected.According to ten days ago whether patients taking non steroidal drugs,they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each.The observation group received non steroidal drugs,and the control group did not take non steroidal drugs.We observed the clinical characteristics of two groups of patients.Results:In the observation group,upper gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation rate were higher than that of the control group,and abdominal pain and discomfort were lower than that of the control group.In the observation group,gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer ratio were lower than that of the control group,and compound ulcer ratio was larger than that of the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:We have analyzed the clinical characteristics of acute injury of gastric mucosa caused by non steroidal drugs,strengthened the understanding of the disease,and gave the corresponding measures,which can effectively reduce the acute gastric mucosal damage rate and reduce the risk of disease.
