目的：讨论脑梗死并发糖尿病患者的临床特征与临床治疗效果。方法：2011年9月-2013年8月收治脑梗死并发糖尿病患者40例为对照组，同期收治脑梗死患者40例为观察组，比较分析两组临床治疗效果及脑梗死类型。结果：观察组主要为多发性梗死与腔隙性梗死等；观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：脑梗死并发糖尿病患者的治疗效果较差，应在控制血糖的前提下进行综合治疗，有效地降低患者死亡率与致残率。
目的：討論腦梗死併髮糖尿病患者的臨床特徵與臨床治療效果。方法：2011年9月-2013年8月收治腦梗死併髮糖尿病患者40例為對照組，同期收治腦梗死患者40例為觀察組，比較分析兩組臨床治療效果及腦梗死類型。結果：觀察組主要為多髮性梗死與腔隙性梗死等；觀察組治療總有效率明顯高于對照組，差異具有統計學意義(P＜0.05)。結論：腦梗死併髮糖尿病患者的治療效果較差，應在控製血糖的前提下進行綜閤治療，有效地降低患者死亡率與緻殘率。
목적：토론뇌경사병발당뇨병환자적림상특정여림상치료효과。방법：2011년9월-2013년8월수치뇌경사병발당뇨병환자40례위대조조，동기수치뇌경사환자40례위관찰조，비교분석량조림상치료효과급뇌경사류형。결과：관찰조주요위다발성경사여강극성경사등；관찰조치료총유효솔명현고우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：뇌경사병발당뇨병환자적치료효과교차，응재공제혈당적전제하진행종합치료，유효지강저환자사망솔여치잔솔。
Objective:To discuss the clinical features and clinical therapeutic effects of patients with cerebral infarction combined with diabetes.Methods:40 cases of cerebral infarction combined with diabetes from September 2011 to August 2013 were as the control group,and 40 cases of cerebral infarction were as the observation group in the same period.Compare the clinical therapeutic effects and types of cerebral infarction of the two groups.Results:The types of cerebral infarction of the observation group were mainly multiple infarction and lacunar infarction,etc.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effects of patients with cerebral infarction combined with diabetes is worse,and the comprehensive treatment reduced mortality and morbidity in patients effectively on the premise of controling blood glucose.
