目的：了解药物不良反应(ADR)发生特点及引发 ADR 相关因素，为安全用药提供参考。方法：2010年1月-2013年12月收集药物不良反应报告68例，分别按患者基本情况、给药途径、联合用药情况、药物种类、临床表现等项目进行统计、分析。结果：68例报告共涉及46种药物，以静滴给药引发的ADR例数最多，占94.12%；抗感染药物导致ADR最高(50.53%)，其次为中药制剂(21.50%)；临床表现以皮肤及附件损害(46.34%)为主。结论：ADR的发生与多种因素有关，合理用药是减少ADR的主要措施，同时相关部门应加强ADR监测工作，避免ADR的发生。
목적：료해약물불량반응(ADR)발생특점급인발 ADR 상관인소，위안전용약제공삼고。방법：2010년1월-2013년12월수집약물불량반응보고68례，분별안환자기본정황、급약도경、연합용약정황、약물충류、림상표현등항목진행통계、분석。결과：68례보고공섭급46충약물，이정적급약인발적ADR례수최다，점94.12%；항감염약물도치ADR최고(50.53%)，기차위중약제제(21.50%)；림상표현이피부급부건손해(46.34%)위주。결론：ADR적발생여다충인소유관，합리용약시감소ADR적주요조시，동시상관부문응가강ADR감측공작，피면ADR적발생。
Objective:To understand the adverse drug reaction(ADR) occurrence characteristics and the related factors of causing ADR,to provide reference for safe medication.Methods:68 cases of adverse drug reactions reports were selected from January 2010 to December 2013.According to the basic condition of patients,route of administration,drug combination,type of drug,clinical performance and other projects were statistics and analyzed.Results:68 reports involved 46 drugs,and the ADR caused by intravenous drip for medicine had the most cases,accounted for 94.12%.the ADR caused by anti-infective drug was the highest 50.53%,and the second was Chinese materia medica preparation with 21.50%.The clinical manifestations of skin and appendages damage were the primary in 46.34%.Conclusion:The occurrence of ADR related to many factors,and the rational use of drugs is the main measure to reduce ADR.The relevant departments should strengthen the ADR monitoring work at the same time to avoid the occurrence of ADR.
