目的：研究分析胃部手术后胃瘫综合征的临床治疗效果。方法：2011年10月-2013年12月收治胃瘫患者25例，观察对比所有患者治疗效果，并进行回顾性分析。结果：所有患者在经过合理治疗后，17例患者在术后3周内治愈，所有患者在28 d之后全部治愈。结论：胃手术之后发生胃瘫综合征的有很多因素，对患者主要诊断方法为消化道造影和胃镜检查，采取保守治疗一般能够治愈，同时也要做好手术治疗的准备，在手术后需要注意对患者进行心理护理，减少和避免出现胃瘫综合征的情况。
목적：연구분석위부수술후위탄종합정적림상치료효과。방법：2011년10월-2013년12월수치위탄환자25례，관찰대비소유환자치료효과，병진행회고성분석。결과：소유환자재경과합리치료후，17례환자재술후3주내치유，소유환자재28 d지후전부치유。결론：위수술지후발생위탄종합정적유흔다인소，대환자주요진단방법위소화도조영화위경검사，채취보수치료일반능구치유，동시야요주호수술치료적준비，재수술후수요주의대환자진행심리호리，감소화피면출현위탄종합정적정황。
Objective:To study and analyze the clinical curative effect of gastroparesis syndrome after gastric surgery.Methods:25 patients with gastroplegia were selected from October 2011 to December 2013.The treatment effects of all patients were observed and compared.They were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In all patients after surgical treatment,17 patients were cured in three weeks after surgery,and all patients were cured after 28 days.Conclusion:There are many factors of gastroparesis syndrome after gastric surgery.The main diagnostic methods for patients is digestive tract imaging and gastroscopy.The patients can be cured by using conservative treatment,and it also needs to do surgery treatment preparation.After the operation,we need to pay attention to psychological nursing of patients,to reduce and avoid the emergence of gastroparesis syndrome.
