目的：研究RhoC蛋白在翼状胬肉中的表达情况，并以此作为标记物评估翼状胬肉的生物学特性。方法选择手术切除的45例翼状胬肉标本，应用辣根过氧化物酶标记的链霉卵白素免疫组织化学方法（ S-P法）检测RhoC蛋白在翼状胬肉中的表达，分析RhoC蛋白的表达与翼状胬肉临床病理参数的关系。结果翼状胬肉组织中RhoC的阳性表达率为60％（27/45），显著高于正常球结膜组织（P＜0．05）。31例进展期翼状胬肉RhoC阳性表达率为58％（18/31），14例静止期翼状胬肉阳性表达率为57％（8/14），二者比较无显著性差异（ P＞0．05）；24例男性中14例阳性表达（58％），21例女性中13例阳性表达（62％）；≥60岁患者的阳性表达率为56％（15/27），60岁以下患者的阳性表达率为61％（11/18）；RhoC蛋白在不同性别、不同年龄患者间表达均无显著性差异（P均＞0．05）。结论 RhoC蛋白的检测可有效判断翼状胬肉发病及复发情况，为临床早期采取相关治疗措施提供参考，以减轻患者的痛苦及经济负担。
목적：연구RhoC단백재익상노육중적표체정황，병이차작위표기물평고익상노육적생물학특성。방법선택수술절제적45례익상노육표본，응용랄근과양화물매표기적련매란백소면역조직화학방법（ S-P법）검측RhoC단백재익상노육중적표체，분석RhoC단백적표체여익상노육림상병리삼수적관계。결과익상노육조직중RhoC적양성표체솔위60％（27/45），현저고우정상구결막조직（P＜0．05）。31례진전기익상노육RhoC양성표체솔위58％（18/31），14례정지기익상노육양성표체솔위57％（8/14），이자비교무현저성차이（ P＞0．05）；24례남성중14례양성표체（58％），21례녀성중13례양성표체（62％）；≥60세환자적양성표체솔위56％（15/27），60세이하환자적양성표체솔위61％（11/18）；RhoC단백재불동성별、불동년령환자간표체균무현저성차이（P균＞0．05）。결론 RhoC단백적검측가유효판단익상노육발병급복발정황，위림상조기채취상관치료조시제공삼고，이감경환자적통고급경제부담。
Objective It is to investigate the expression of RhoC protein in pterygium , and assess the biological character-istics of pterygium by using RhoC protein as a marker .Methods 45 cases of pterygium by surgical resection were choose , the expression of RhoC protein in pterygium by application of horseradish peroxidase labeled chain mildew avidin method of immu -nohistochemistry (S-P method), and the ? relationship between RhoC protein expression and clinicopathological parameters of pterygium were analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of RhoC in pterygium tissues was 60%(27/45), it was sig-nificantly higher than that in normal conjunctival tissue (Z=3.285, P<0.05).The positive expression rate RhoC in 31 ca-ses of advanced pterygium was 58%(18/31), and was 57%(8/14) in 14 cases of resting stage pterygium , There was signif-icant difference between them (P>0.05).14 cases of positive expression in 24 cases of male (positive rate 58%), 13 cases were positive expression in 21 cases of women (positive rate was 62%);the positive expression rate was 56%(15/27) in pa-tients with age≥60 and was 61%(11/18) in patients with age <60;there was no significant difference in RhoC protein ex-pression between different gender or different age of patients (all P>0.05).Conclusion RhoC protein detection can effective-ly determine the incidence and recurrence of pterygium , and provide a reference to take relevant measures in early stage for clinical, accordingly alleviate the suffering and economic burden on patients .
