随着建筑业发展，各类建筑工程日益增多。消防电气系统是建筑中较为重要的分项工程之一。为确保系统能够稳定、可靠运行，除了要确保安装质量之外，还应当做好后期的维护工作。本文就建筑消防电气的安装与维护展开了探讨。

With the development of construction industry, al kinds of construction projects are increased. Fire electrical system is one of important components of construction project. In order to ensure the system operate stably and reliably, in addition to ensure the instalation quality, later maintenance work should also be done wel. In this paper, instalation and maintenance of fire electrical equipment in buildings are discussed.
