With the development of economy, people's dem- and on living environment quality is gradualy improving. And especialy in the construction, the energy- saving and enviro- nmental protection function has atracted a widespread ate- ntion. This paper analyzed the characteristics of energy con- sumption of public buildings, and put forward strategies for the energy-saving and emission reduction of public buildings.
