With the rapid economic development and social progress, many industries have come into unprecedented pro- sperity, and the construction industry is of no exception. But the development of the construction industry is a double-edged sword to the economy as a whole. It has brought both a beneficial effect, and obstacles to the economical development. Based on the analysis of these factors, the author put forward some scientific and reasonable improving measures.
