Construction organization design plays an import- ant role in the development of the construction industry, it has greatly promoted the rapid development of construction in- dustry, so as to adapt to the development of the times and improve the competitiveness of the whole enterprise. Acco- rding to the various problems encountered in construction pr- ocess, this paper makes a series of discussion and research and proposes the rationalization proposal.
