In recent years, with the constant improvement and progress of the market economy system, the fundamental co- nstruction technology of construction engineering is constantly developed and optimized. Basic types continue to increase and the corresponding construction technology is also constantly updated. This article mainly analyzes the present situation of building foundation construction, and connecting with the ins- tance, discusses the fundamental construction type and co- rresponding construction technique.
