This paper discussed the repurchase price under the BT mode in the construction of municipal engineering project and the key factors determining the repurchase price. By an- alysis of the repurchase table of the government in different BT investments, it is found out that in BT project construction, government should choose those investigators who have their own funds, high bank credit and high level of management in the construction.
