Prefabricated building is a trend in the develop- ment of current construction industry in the world. Prefabri- cated housing can greatly improve the working conditions of workers and labor productivity. At present, prefabricated ho- using in China is in the phase of the promotion. This paper studies the economic and social benefits of the prefabricated building with the characteristics of assembly house.
